Introduction
Dawn and I joined Campus Crusade for Christ as FamilyLife staff in 2015. What a privilege we have to work for a ministry dedicated to seeing God's glory manifested in homes and in communities all over the world. As a missions organization with nearly 25,000 staff globally in 190 countries, Cru continues to be committed to sharing the gospel so that everyone knows someone who truly follows Jesus.
Our Family
We are flawed and aging parents to 5 beautiful kids: Samuel (18), Benjamin (16), Caroline (13), Joseph (10), and Annabelle (5). We strive to be a family on a mission that believes God is real, trustworthy, and that He answers prayers.
Our Focus
We believe families are the most untapped resource on the planet in helping fulfill the Great Commission and cause societal change. Finding and fueling tribes of families and coming alongside them as they impact their communities for Christ is our passion. Dawn and I are so excited to be a part of a ministry that is working through the local church to take the Gospel to relationships that matter the most around the globe.
Our Roles As a homeschool Mom, Dawn does more than wrangle our five kids. With over 20 years as a professional teaching experience, she is passionate about ensuring that our kids are home-educated in a way that is Jesus-centered, others-focused, and mission-minded. In her spare time, she serves as the brains of Paul's operations and helps with all things Mobilization at FamilyLife. As the leader of a 15-person Mobilization team at FamilyLife, Paul does more than get people interested in applying with FamilyLife through the front door. With more than 25 years in the recruitment space both in missions and in the workplace, Paul is obsessed with finding FamilyLife's most precious resource - it's people. And our staff are so so critical to the mission and vision of FamilyLife.
